MSDS Program
The role of an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is to provide detailed information on each hazardous chemical including its potential hazardous effects, physical and chemical characteristics and recommendation for appropriate protection measures. An employee’s right to access this information is part of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, and you are required to submit, on request, a copy of an MSDS to your commercial accounts as part of the regulation.
